Designed to the exacting specifications of Christopher Lamb, Principal Percussionist with the New York Philharmonic, this series has been created specifically for the orchestral snare drummer. The CL-2L is constructed of laminated birch, features an extra long taper and elongated bead resulting in a darker more legato sound.

Christopher S. Lamb New York Philharmonic Principal Percussionist Manhattan School of Music
Christopher S. Lamb, hailed as a dynamic and versatile performer, he joined the New York Philharmonic as Principal Percussionist in 1985. He has been on the faculty of the Manhattan School of Music since 1989. Mr. Lamb has given clinics and master classes throughout the United States and on nearly every continent. He has designed his own line of Innovative Percussion concert snare drum sticks and is frequently consulted on instrument design concepts by leading percussion equipment manufacturers. A former member of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra and the Buffalo Philharmonic, he is a graduate of the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York.
