The Dynasty USA 14" x 12" marching snare drum is an 8-ply, finished, hard rock maple shell with a metal reinforcement ring on the bottom bearing edge and weighs 18 pounds. The snare drum has endurite tension casings, 6mm thread tension rods, cast aluminum hoops and collar, stainless steel reverse thread fittings and snare feet. Dynasty USA Marching Snare Drums are available in red, white, black and blue.Standard hardware colors are silver powder coating.
The Dynasty DFS 14 x 10 in. "Shorty" Marching Snare Drum is the new drum on the market for indoor percussion weighing only 18 pounds. The "Shorty" has a hard rock maple shell, endurite tension casings, 6mm thread tension rods and comes in a regular snare version or the double snare version. Standard hardware color is silver powder coating. Black Hardware (shown) is an additional $59.29 per drum.

The FFXC Championship CarbonPly Snare Drum features 6 plies of exotic African Mahogany sandwiched between an inner and outer ply of Carbon Fiber. The TAMA Marching snare in standard Birch/Bubinga (B/B) hybrid shell. The B/B shell provide a sharp, aggressive attack as well a well rounded mid to low range.
Delivering groundbreaking new technology, TAMA's patented "Buzz Killer Mutes" and "Detachable Gut Frame" give the player maximum control of sound options with quick, easy adjustments. The Detachable Gut Frame can be removed from the drum in 2-3 seconds allowing for ultra-quick head changes. The guts can even be tuned while removed from the drum.
The TAMA marching snare strainer is located near the top of the drum within easy reach while using the carrier. This lever is very stable and operates smoothly when switching from snare to tenor sound. The High Position Strainer also has built-in safeguards to prevent over adjusting the vertical position of the guts.
The TAMA original gut frame features individually adjustable/removable guts to create your own sound. All guts can be adjusted at once using the buttery-smooth tension adjustment knob.

These shells are manufactured using the exclusive Air-Seal System that ensures the shell is in-round, providing a pure fundamental tone. 1.6-mm triple flange steel rims provide tuning flexibility. These rims also enhance the low-end partials. Zinc alloy lug casings with reinforced walls and webbing provide superior strength for high-tension tuning. A traditional strainer throw-off provides simple, one-point adjustment. The 20-strand, high-carbon steel snare wires provide a crisp snare response, creating a bright sound. The nylon and steel washers allow smooth tuning at high tension. NOTE: this drum does not include mounting hardware for carriers/stands. Standard drum color is white.
