The Meinl Floatune Tuning System is a unique Meinl innovation. All mounting hardware is completely isolated from the shell; this avoids the need to drill through the shell and mount hardware with bolts, which reduces the resonant vibrations of the shell. The Floatune Tuning System tunes up just like lug-equipped congas. True Skin Buffalo Heads, 2-ply rubberwood shells, and chrome-plated hardware (10mm lugs and 4mm rounded SSR rims) bring the look and sound of these drums to a professional level. These drums also come with conga saver lug covers, sound pads, an accessory pouch, an L-shaped tuning key, and tune up oil!
