The QT-5 Qwik Time Credit Card Metronome is one of the smallest and cost-effective metronomes ever made. At 2" x 3" x 0.25", this timekeeper can easily fit in your pocket and costs less than a pair of sticks. The small digital display shows you what tempo you have set as well as a black dot that moves back and forth in time, and all of this is accompanied by an audible beep that can be turned off. Accents can be shown for the beat 1 in time signatures of 2/4, 3/4, and 4/4. Possible tempi ranges from 40-250 bpm (beats per minute), and can be adjusted with the up and down arrows. Italian tempo markings (andante, largo, vivace) are printed on the face so students know how fast the music is meant to be played.
