The Innovative Percussion SA5 tenor bass voice steel drum mallets are made with lightweight aluminum wood handles and superior quality rubber heads. To be best suited for tenor bass parts, the SA5 has a mushroom shaped rubber head. The lower weight of the metal handles produces slightly less volume than wood handled mallets.
