The LP Repinique is a faithful recreation of the traditional Brazilian tenor drum, with some modern innovations. The 12" x 12" aluminum shell helps give these drums the sharp cracks and ensemble-cutting sound they need, and tuning them is easy with a standard drum key. The synthetic heads will stay tight in all kinds of weather, and the whole instrument is sturdier with the aid of the specially developed curved rim.
