Stanton Moore specializes in New Orleans drumming, particularly Mardi Gras Indian style. This style utilizes a lot of tambourine and floor tom, so Stanton decided to combine the two into an instrument that sounds like "a floor tom with jingles". The Rio Stanton Moore Pandeiro is designed to be played on the drum set, with a high-density hardwood rim and a meaty Remo Coated Emperor head. At 12" in diameter, it can fit into a snare stand, and can also be fitted onto a 3/8" rod with the built-in mount. A carry bag is also included!
