This cymbal was on display at the PASIC 2012 convention in Austin, TX. It may be brand-spanking-new, or it might have been hit a few times at the show by fellow percussionists; it's impossible to tell which. Either way, we're considering all Zildjian PASIC cymbals to be 'Used But Like New'. This is awesome for you, because we're dropping the price way below normal!You can probably tell by the name that this ride is designed for low-key acoustic settings. Very subtle, the Sweet Ride has moderate stick definition and a dark, smoky texture.

Excellent for jazz.

The A Custom series was developed with the help of world-class drummer Vinnie Colaiuta to create a line of instruments appropriate for modern music - not too dark and not too bright. This 21" cymbal is extremely versatile, working well in a large variety of musical settings. Retaining all of the A Custom cymbal line attributes, the new 21" Anniversary Ride features symmetrical hammering, a brilliant finish, and medium weight for a balanced sound that is neither too high nor too low. The loud bell on this cymbal makes it an excellent choice for Latin styles as well.
