  • Item Details

Vic Firth Titan 5B Carbon Fiber Drumsticks are a giant step away from standard practices - they're made out of a totally synthetic aerospace-grade carbon fiber composite material!

Other synthetic sticks exist, but they don't feel very good in the hands (mostly because they're made for tourists). These sticks are game-changers; they feel like their wooden 5B counterparts. So why change over from all-natural hickory? Durability and consistency.

Carbon fiber composite can handle a lot more stress than wood when it comes to playing rim shots and smacking cymbals, which means your pair will last for quite a long time - maybe longer than you do!

Since the material is created rather than grown, Vic Firth can scientifically ensure consistent weight and pitch - science trumps nature when it comes to precision.

5B sticks are a great go-to size for lots of different musical settings - they work well on a concert snare, and are thick enough for some real volume if you play in a rock band.

    • These stick are basically the upgrade from a 5b. They feel the exact same and they sound the exact same as well. After playing with them for hours i get no calluses at all and they are really comfortable to play with. Great stick!

    • I'm not dissing these sticks by any means, but don't buy them just because they'll last forever. These sticks are made for artists like Matt Greiner and Dave Grohl, who like to beat up their drum set. They also killed my hands after the first hour I played them.
