Very Nice Sticks!

I've been a user of Vic Firth and their Corpsmasters/Signature series for many years and just recently I decided to try out ScoJo's Pro-Mark Sticks since he switched over. All I can say is that this was surely a great decision I made. These sticks are really beefy and are pefect to chop out on. They have a great, sustained and heavy sound that all snare drummers would like. The only thing I don't like is the way the atual wood feels, compared to the Corpsmasters. Nonetheless, these are amazing sticks and I suggest getting them!!

Surprised.

These are my first Pro Mark corps stick ive bought in a while, and im really happy with them. This is a man's stick, so little hands will feel like their at batting practice. The length is more than im used to, and the sticks wood feels really dry and rigid (i know, "thats what she said"). Excellent sounding rimshots especially paired with a Yamaha sFz's trademark crack. I wasnt sure about these at first but am now on my third pair. The beefed up quality of this stick was a turn off at first but has been surprisingly agile and solid. Love em'

The perfect stick

Excellent feel, just the right about of rebound, great wood quality well matched. Leaps and bounds better than the Vic Firth MS5.

9.5/10

The Hickory and stick in general has a nice feel. Dynamic range is excellent. Good sound quality when playing. Makes you work a tad bit more for those clean diddles (theres rebound, but not as much as a Ralph Hardimon). Doesnt get beat up quick by rim shots. I dont reccommend these for your first pair of sticks ever...these should be used by players with some experience who are looking for a stick that can give them excellent quality and diddle work.
