The shafts are made from the finest select hard maple, precisely turned with the core and shaft as one piece. We pitch and weight match the handle pairs for a consistent tone. Various densities of felt are used as outer coverings, thus insuring a maximum variety of tone colors. The felt is precisely hand sewn and fitted to each mallet.
