All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt. Claims made after 14 days are subject to a 20% restocking charge and may only be returned for store credit or exchange. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.

Items should not be returned without our prior authorization. Contact us at 866-792-0143 to obtain a Return Authorization Number . The Return Authorization Number and a copy of your LONE STAR PERCUSSION invoice must be included with the shipment to ensure timely processing of your return All returns must be shipped prepaid, as we do not accept collect shipments.

If a return is due to our error, we will arrange for return shipping.
