Note: Shell Packs are defined as drums only - no cymbals, stands, pedals, or hardware of any kind is included unless otherwise noted. Toms mounted on the bass drum will include mounting posts.

Sonor Select Force Drum Sets strike right in the middle of the player range - a kit that's serious enough for drummers with some skills to take to real gigs that pay real money, but not so expensive that professionals would hesitate to use it as a road set.

These shells are made from a blend of Canadian and Chinese maple that give you balanced midrange and high tones, with a little bit of boost to the low end. The bass drum is 7.2mm thick while the other drums are 5.8mm, each made of 7 plies.

The toms reverberate fully thanks to the Total Acoustic Resonance mounting system, avoiding any drilling into the shell. Rubber padded bass drum claws keep the hoops in perfect shape, while spur memory locks remember your favorite spur height every time.

The bass drum's feet convert from rubber to a metal spike, holding strong against the floor whether it's hard or carpeted. TuneSafe lugs prevent your tension rods from backing out in the middle of a performance.

      • Somewhat difficult to tune, but I think that's mainly due to the stock heads it comes with.

    • Great drums for the price!

    • These drums really do sound great once you get them tuned up nicely. The snare was a real shocker, sounds fantastic right out of the box & needed only minimal tuning. Very smooth and snappy sound. Everything else sounds great as well, but I do plan on replacing the Tom heads; I did so on the bass drum with Evans EMAD's and man it sounds perfect now. These drums have a really warm deep tone that I have been looking for. I got this very set new for $699.00, which cannot be beat. Maple drums of this quality for this price is rare. Sonor is the real deal. The equivalent to DW in Europe. Can't imagine what the SQ2's, SQ1's, and the Prolite's sound like. Probably like a dream. :-)
