      • From a performance standpoint, these sticks are outstanding. Great feel and response, and the nice color choice of paint is nice to look at. The only problem I have is that the paint can make the stick feel slippery if your hands start to sweat, but I guess that's what stick tape is for. Also, as weird as this sounds, I really like the smell. If you're gonna play some delicious licks, they might as well smell the part too.

      • I needed a pair of marching sticks as a friend of mine decided to use my old pair in the rain... smacking a cowbell for 4 hours. You can only imagine how they looked. So I went and got a pair of these... and wow for the price they are very nice! They stand out with that nice color, and thick and kinda heavy, something I personally like. If I had to gripe about something it would be that the sticks aren't PERFECTLY matched by tone, but when you're hacking away outside, no one will tell. Bottom line - just gets them, you love 'em!
